A.C. Enfield
were formed in 2004 by Giuseppe Virciglio, Colin
Taitt and Calogero Mingoia.
Following a year of training and participating in friendly games we applied
to join the
Mercury Waltham Sunday
League.
A.C. Enfield are made up of various people that the founders knew from their
younger days at St. Ignatius College, plus cousins and friends of friends
etc.
Many of our players have played for university
first teams. Others have previously played for T.J. Rangers, Percival,
Europa and Northmet.
Our new manager for 2006/2007 season and following seasons is
Marcello Devizio. Marcello is a former player of
Europa.
